Cold-cured elbow is a method of bending at room temperature without heating or changing the material structure. It is called cold-cured elbow.
Hot-ironing elbow production technology: After the straight pipe is cut off, the induction coil is set on the bending part of the steel pipe through the elbow pusher, the pipe head is clamped by the mechanical arm, and the medium frequency electric current is introduced into the induction coil to heat the steel pipe. When the temperature of the steel pipe rises to the plastic state, the steel pipe is pushed forward by mechanical thrust at the back end of the steel pipe to bend and bend out of the steel pipe. Parts are quickly cooled with coolant, so that the bends are continuously bent out while heating, advancing, bending and cooling.
Hot-ironed bending pipe is mainly used in building arc steel structure, tunnel support, roof bending beam, Metro engineering, aluminum doors and windows, ceiling, cylindrical inner framework, balcony handrails, shower room doors, production line tracks, fitness equipment and other industries.

The bending angle is less than 100 degrees.
